  I was pretty devastated by this place. I had filled out an application and completed the filing process and provided my income information. The staff told me that I would qualify for a certain rent bracket based on my income and put me on that particular wait list. I waited about 4-5 months and called diligently to find out where I was on the list because I really wanted to live here. Finally my name came up and I was shown an apartment that I accepted and was super excited about. They just needed to run my income information for verification. It turns out I made just over the amount that was allowed for the list they placed me on and my rent was going to have to go up. I offered to pay more for the apartment but they declined stating that the apartment was held specifically for that program. I was so devastated that I cried in the office. It was humiliating. The bracket I would have moved up to would have placed me at rent well above what I could afford.
  So yes, the apartments are nice but they really should verify income information before hand instead of placing people on wait lists that they don't even qualify for, for people to wait for months and then be shown an apartment for move in and then be told that they don't actually qualify for that apartment. Needless to say it also messed be up planning-wise because once I thought I had an apartment with them I had made plans to move there. I quickly had to change my plans on short notice which was not only a hassle but very scary when it comes to arranging where you are going to live. I don't think I have ever written a review on an apartment before but I just had to share this story because it really was a nightmare.
