  I wouldn't rate this as the worst place to live, but I certainly don't think it's worth the price point. The people actually working on the property seem to have themselves really together, and talking to the guy at the office was always a pleasure. but there were too many things that annoyed me to stay in a 1 bedroom apartment for 1200 a month when I could go down the street and pay that much for a two bed. I didn't have any problems with any bugs like some people, so I think that depends on how clean you are. I can see them being a problem with some people, but we were always quite clean. I was not a big fan about how often we got notified that the water was being shut off, and sometimes they emailed us about it AFTER it had already been shut off, which was inconvenient. I'm not sure if they ever fixed the parking lot lighting, but during my stay there for 2 years, one light or another was broken for a solid 6-8months. And it's not the safest neighborhood, so it made me nervous walking around in the dark. There was always some hole or another in the hallways, and often times it did not... smell...good. But that didn't waft too much, so it never really bothered us in our apartment itself. At one point while we were moving out, we spilled a bit of (clean) cat litter in the hallway, and the owners of the property not only made us clean it up (or were going to fine us) but also took money out of our deposit to deep clean the hallway. we got absolutely none of our deposit back, even though the apartment itself was not much worse for wear when we left.
