  I have to agree with the reviewer who said he was "underwhelmed."The good: Scheduling to get a technician out is easy and quick. They are punctual. The bait they use is in a lock box so pets can't get to it.
  
  The bad: I had mice coming into my basement and I wasn't sure how they were getting in. The first technician set some baits, and told me where he thought they were coming in. I filled in the holes on my own.
  
  A few months later, after I thought the problem was solved, I found a dead mouse inside. Called AE again, and the tech set more baits and suggested some other routes of entry.
  
  To have the area sanitized was an additional cost, and there was no help offered with the actual filling of the supposed mouse entry points. In retrospect, I could have bought similar types of bait stations at Home Depot on my own and saved a lot of money. I have looked around at other pest control services since this, and some offer identification, clean up, and help with filling the holes. I'll be checking out one of them if this problem arises again in my house.
